I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with over 21 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. My journey in health care has been shaped not only by my professional training but also by my personal experience with mental health. I live with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). These challenges have deepened my empathy and resilience, allowing me to connect with my patients on a profound level.

I reside in Pulaski County with my husband Jimmy and our family. We have one son, one daughter-in-law, and two daughters. When I am not working, I enjoy reading and learning, traveling, and spending time with my family. My favorite thing to do is laugh! Can't go wrong there, right? Laughing is the best!
